Washington Electric Cooperative is a local, not-for-profit Touchstone Energy cooperative providing electric service to portions of six counties in southeast Ohio. Founded in 1937, we are proud to be a member-owned organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for our members and community through reliable electric service, innovative energy solutions, and superior member service.
