Unfortunately, one reviewer, Dor Cohen, had a disappointing experience with the office staff. Despite making an advance appointment, Cohen had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show him apartments. Additionally, he was asked to provide an ID card at the last minute, which he felt was unclear in advance. The price quote of $2700 per month was also a surprise.
