American Engineering & Development Corporation (AEDC) is a South Florida-based civil engineering contractor that offers a full range of civil construction services for all types of land development in both the public and private sectors. With regional facilities in the Dade/Broward and Palm Beach/Martin Counties, and a workforce of over 350 skilled employees, AEDC has the resources to accommodate any size project. Our Services

We offer a variety of services including Earthwork & Grading, Utilities, Paving, Concrete, Trucking, and Survey. Our Earthwork & Grading Division is capable of handling all the earthwork components of your project, including demolition, land clearing, mass grading, lake excavation, parking lots, and roadways. Our Utilities Division maintains one of the largest Underground Utility Divisions in Florida, operating approximately fifteen main line pipe crews. We also provide Paving services, Concrete construction, Trucking services, and Surveying solutions.
