The Mad Hatter Story

Some time ago, I was working with Liz and Tim Koch, the owners of The Mad Hatter Restaurant and Tea House. They were looking for a website redesign but also needed help with email marketing, event registration, online reservations, ticket sales, and signage. Dealing with multiple companies and points of contact was driving them crazy. This sparked an idea in me - a need for a snap-on marketing department. Together, we came up with a plan, and today, after five successful years, I am still proudly supporting their ever-changing virtual marketing department. Their business has pivoted and morphed through the pandemic, supply chain issues, and staffing challenges, all with the help of my flexible marketing solutions.

I'm Lisa, a tenacious self-starter with a passion for helping businesses reach their full potential. Growing up surrounded by the family printing business, I learned the value of hard work, independence, and persistence at an early age. My career led me to work for industry-leading technology startups, where I collaborated with insanely talented individuals and had the opportunity to work with incredible clients like Google, Yahoo, Disney, and National Geographic.

Throughout my journey, I've honed my skills in marketing strategy, graphic design, print material, digital marketing, website design, SEO, social media marketing, ad buying, and strategic account management.
