At Altemose Companies, we have been delivering top-quality construction and professional solutions since 1962. Our journey began as General Contractors Co, a joint venture between cousins Roger and Leon Altemose. They sought to create a company that puts customers first, offering both unique character and competitive pricing. Over the years, we have grown considerably, expanding our services to include real estate management and acquisition, design-build programs, and commercial/industrial contracting.

Our mission remains unchanged: to achieve the highest quality of construction, elegant design, and understanding customer support. We have built a little of everything, including pipelines, bridges, churches, retail stores, exhibit halls, industrial, municipal, residential, and emergency disaster relief. We believe there is more to a building than just its structure; it's about creating something with character and function that defines your brand and helps it grow and thrive.

One of the most challenging parts of running a business is finding a place that meets your needs, both in function and location. When the budget is tight, custom fabrication and ownership are often not an option. To help address this, Altemose owns and manages several industrial/commercial buildings where we lease space to businesses of all kinds.
