Our Story

Beverly, the founder of Winding Root Energy, has a passion for meditation that began at the young age of 11. Her journey continued as she led meditation sessions for private and corporate groups, and eventually, she became a graduate of the Core Star Energy Healing Certification Program. With over 20 years of experience in the Architectural and Design community, founding a non-profit in 2008, and raising a family, Beverly brings a unique blend of skills and perspectives to her energy healing and meditation practice.
