Rooted deep in history, Smith & Watson Printing has been a part of the community for over 126 years. Our journey began in 1891 when we first started operating. We have been dedicated to providing the highest quality products with hometown customer service ever since. Our story is one of four generations of family involvement, starting with Melvin Joseph Sires, Sr., who began working for Charles Smith & George Watson when he was a young man. After Watson's death in 1919, Melvin Sires purchased Smith & Watson Printing from Watson's wife for the sum of $6,000. This marked the beginning of our family's ownership of the business.

Throughout the years, we have expanded our services to include printing business cards, letterheads, envelopes, business forms, door hangers, and much more. We also offer specialized services such as letterpress, die cutting, perforating, numbering, and scoring. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has allowed us to maintain our position as a leading printing company in Macon, Georgia.

Today, we are proud to be led by Ralph Mathews "Mat" Sires, Jr., the fourth generation of our family to operate the business. Mat, along with his wife Paige, continues the legacy of Smith & Watson Printing, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and products. We are dedicated to upholding the values of our past while embracing the latest technologies to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
