Disappointing Experiences
On the other hand, some patients had negative experiences at Smile Dental. Authors XGamerplaysYT, Hidemi Okubo, Belkin Ocampo, Maria Espinoza, Vincent Mattura, and Elaine Arana shared their frustrations with the practice. XGamerplaysYT mentioned that their appointment was cancelled without notice. Hidemi Okubo described the practice as "truly HORRIBLE" with rude staff and constant cancellations. Belkin Ocampo criticized the practice for not being accommodating to children with autism. Maria Espinoza had a negative experience with Dr. Grunstein, who she believed ordered unnecessary treatments. Vincent Mattura felt that the staff treated non-Hispanic patients differently and provided poor customer service.
