Our History

Seasons Primary Home Care was established in 2007 with the goal of delivering quality home care to clients in the Rio Grande Valley. We have been accredited in the state of Texas since 2009 and have since grown to become a reputable and trusted provider of home care services.

Our Philosophy

At Seasons Primary Home Care, we believe that the best option for our clients is for them to remain in their home and community. We work closely with our clients, healthcare providers, case managers, insurance providers, and the Texas Department of Health and Human Services Commission to ensure that they receive all the services and support they need to live independently in their community.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Our services include:

• Personal Hygiene: Our staff provides the highest standard of personal care with services that include bathing, grooming, and dressing. We help our clients transition from one setting to another with ease and comfort.
• Exercise: We understand the importance of exercise in maintaining independence and overall health. Our staff helps our clients stay active by providing exercising services, including walking and other forms of gentle exercise.
• Medication Reminders: We believe that staying on top of medication schedules is crucial for maintaining good health. Our staff provides convenient and friendly medication reminders to help our clients stay on track.
• Housekeeping: Our staff can handle a variety of light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry, to help keep our clients' homes clean and comfortable.
• Escorting: Our caring staff provides support by accompanying individuals outside the home and arranging transportation when needed. This includes escorting to medical appointments and shopping.
• Meals & Feeding: We believe that nutritious meals are essential for good health. Our staff ensures that every client receives the meals they need to maintain their health and well-being.
• Med-Social: We also provide med-social services, which include non-medical services such as grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Our Staff

Our compassionate caregivers are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our clients. We hire only experienced and caring staff who have passed criminal background checks and have verified references.

Scheduling an Appointment

If you or a loved one require home care services, we invite you to contact us to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
