Shannon Johnson, our Office Manager, loves the top-notch company culture and the integrity of service provided to our residents and property owners. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing in her band, and enjoying the Denver music scene.

Samantha Chacon, one of our Property Managers, appreciates the encouraging coworkers and the positive work environment. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, photography, live music, and trying out new food and craft brews.

Hannah Thorkildsen, another Property Manager, loves meeting new people and being part of a team that helps and works with our residents. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going camping, enjoying off-road trails, and photography.

Stephanie Back, our Property Manager, values the great company culture and positive, helpful coworkers. She spends her free time with her husband and kids and enjoys cross stitch projects.

Christa Snyder, our Assistant Regional Manager, enjoys working with and helping people, especially in stressful situations. When she's not working, she loves going to baseball and basketball games, concerts, movies, or staying at home to read or binge on Netflix.

Rachel Hendrix, our Portfolio Assistant, appreciates the focus on resident satisfaction that drives our company. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her baby nephew, trying out new restaurants in Denver, and baking.
