Oxford Construction is a General Contracting Firm that has been in business since 2013, serving all of Orange County and surrounding areas. We specialize in architecture, engineering, and construction services under a single contract, which re-combines the vital roles of designer and contractor. This integrated approach enhances cooperation between all parties involved, ultimately maximizing each participant's capabilities. Our services range from General Construction, Custom Homes, New Home Construction, Home Additions, Home Extensions, Home Remodeling to Pool House Design & Construction, Interior Design, and Custom Swimming Pool Experience. We pride ourselves on providing complete solutions to homeowners, from architectural and interior design to remodeling and new home construction and development.

Our founder, Mansour Jahanbin, has been in the construction industry for 29 years, building high-quality homes and remodels in Los Angeles and Orange County. He founded Oxford Construction in 1992 and has put together a team of highly skilled and dedicated craftsmen. Mansour's passion for building has earned him a reputation for integrity, customer service, and attention to detail. Oxford Construction has projects completed and under construction in Studio City, San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach, and Irvine.

We also work closely with our partner, David M. Parker, Architect, who received his California Architect's License in 1988. David has a Fine Arts background and is known for his unique organic custom homes. He enjoys working on challenging building sites and has designed numerous homes in the steep hills of Laguna Beach and other areas. His primary influences are architects Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner, and Frank Gehry. David's projects are built and under construction in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Studio City, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, and other areas in Southern California.
