Midatlantic Construction & Design Associates, Inc. (MCDA) is a general construction design build firm serving commercial, government, and municipal clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our company operates three distinct divisions: General Construction, Commercial Aquatics, and Mechanical Insulation. Our General Construction division has completed projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee, specializing in public work for Federal, State, and Municipalities. Our Commercial Aquatics division services the Mid-Atlantic States, offering a range of services, including self-performed site work, pool plumbing, electrical, controls, concrete, plaster, and tile. Our Mechanical Insulation division, established in 2004, provides commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical insulation services, as well as insulation maintenance and value engineering.
