Our History

VC Construction was established in 2007 as a sole proprietorship by Vic and Jopha Calanchini, licensed as a general building contractor in the state of California. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include earthwork and fencing. In 2013, we became a corporation, known as Calanchini Inc dba VC Construction, with Vic Calanchini as President/CEO and Jopha Calanchini as VP/Sec. Throughout our journey, we have built a reputation for quality work, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including site work and earthwork, wind and solar construction, and erosion and sediment control services. Our site work and earthwork services include grading, excavation, trenching, back-fill, and demolition work. We serve residential, commercial, wind, and solar sites, and our team is trained to handle projects of all sizes and complexities.

Our wind and solar construction services include road maintenance, hydro-statically cleaning out culverts, installation of gates, cattle guards, straw wattle, silt and/or wire fence, and desert tortoise exclusion fencing. We work closely with project biologists to ensure that our work is environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Our erosion and sediment control services include slope and soil restoration, proper drainage to landscape and native plant communities, and implementation of SWPPP BMP's. We are dedicated to protecting the environment and preserving natural habitats.
