We are licensed to practice architecture in both California and Nevada, and our team includes a registered Architect, an accredited LEED professional, and a NCARB certified professional. We have designed or worked on over eighteen resort/recreation facilities in the Lake Tahoe / Truckee area and over 250 residences in both Nevada and California. Our firm possesses both the design creativity and technical expertise to provide architectural services in both the commercial and residential field.

Dennis E. Zirbel, Principal Architect, is a Truckee native and permanent resident who designs structures that grow from their sites and elicit a soulful, emotional response. Natalie Zirbel, Interior Designer, brings years of experience, education, and creativity to the firm. David Espinoza, Project Manager, has 25 plus years of experience in many areas of architecture. Yeancarlo Mercado, Project Designer, has years of experience developing highly technical construction drawings and 3D animations. Together, our team is dedicated to bringing the visions and dreams of our clients to fruition.
