Meet the Team

The Reworx family began in 2012 when Steve and Maureen Garceau opened a small shop in Watertown, CT to make ends meet. Today, the Reworx family has grown to include Steve, Maureen, and their youngest son, along with a few friends who share their passion for reclamation. Each team member brings their own unique skills and creativity to the table, resulting in stunning and innovative pieces that tell a story.

The Reworx Process

At Reworx, we take pride in our meticulous and thoughtful process of creating new pieces from old. Our design studio offers a safe and collaborative space for clients to bring their visions to life. From there, we carefully source reclaimed wood from local tobacco barns, garages, and other structures, each with its own unique history and character. We then design, fabricate, and install custom pieces that are not only functional but also tell a story of their own.

At Reworx, we believe in the beauty and potential of reclaimed wood. That's why we source our materials from local structures that have been carefully deconstructed. From tobacco barns to garages, each piece of wood has its own unique character and history, which we strive to preserve and highlight in our work. By sourcing our materials locally, we are also able to reduce our carbon footprint and support our community.
