The other two reviewers, Amanda Tallent and Derrick James Fore, had extremely negative experiences. Amanda's husband visited the office for a toothache and was told his tooth needed to be extracted, but was then referred to another dentist and never received a follow-up call. He was given the "runaround" multiple times, leading to continued tooth pain.
Derrick James Fore had a similar experience, with ongoing pain after his visit. He was initially told he wouldn't be charged for a military exam, but was later sent to collections for the same exam, despite never receiving a bill. He describes the experience as "the absolute worst" and has taken his family to a different dentist.
