Randall J Rands

Over 35 years of experience as an Architect, Randall J. Rands has designed various types of Commercial and Residential projects, from large works like Residential Care Facilities to the smaller work of remodeling residences. With a passion for delivering professional end products, no matter the size or complexity, Randall has built a reputation for excellence in the field. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Randall worked at various firms in Medford, Oregon, before eventually opening his own office. Although the economic downturn in 2007 forced him to close his office, Randall took the opportunity to care for his aging father and later moved to Northwest Florida with his wife. This new chapter in his life led him to become a certified home inspector, which ultimately influenced his decision to design and build his own residence. This hands-on experience has been invaluable, helping him with his current residential design projects. Randall's extensive experience and diverse portfolio make him an ideal choice for any project, whether it's designing a new facility or remodeling an existing one.
