Turner Real Estate Investments, or TREI, is a renowned commercial real estate investment firm with a rich history spanning over 45 years. Founded in 1979 by Rusty Turner, our company has been consistently focused on the acquisition, development, and management of industrial, flex, and low-rise office properties across California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Our team of experienced professionals, led by our President and CEO Rusty Turner, has worked diligently to build a robust portfolio that includes over 3 million square feet of existing assets, encompassing value-add opportunities, short sales, notes, and properties in bankruptcy. Additionally, we have developed nearly 5 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office properties, and acquired and entitled approximately 400 acres of land.

Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals who have worked together for decades, with expertise in the fields of construction, finance, development/entitlements, and asset management. Our leadership team includes:

• Rusty Turner: President and CEO of Turner Real Estate Investments and Founder of Turner Development Corporation. With over 45 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Turner guides our asset acquisition strategy and ensures the success of our projects and investments.

• Sean A. Sheward: Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Sheward joined Turner Real Estate Investments in 1998 and has been integral to all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, new deal origination, capital sourcing and structuring, investor and bank relations, project management, and asset management.
