Our History

Choices Home Care was established in 2006 in response to a gap in service delivery, particularly with respect to children and young adults having Autism Spectrum Disorder. We currently employ 30 caregivers and believe that if you are naturally compassionate and have a good work ethic, our training will put you in a position to succeed.

• Home Care: We provide excellent care at home, tailored to meet your specific needs and schedule. Whether you need help with daily activities, managing a chronic condition, or simply need some companionship, we have a Personal Care Assistant ready to assist you.

• Autism: Choices Home Care has a rich history of providing expert PCA services to people having Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our qualified professionals have worked directly with children with myriad physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges for years in the public school system, giving them the experience critical in the instruction and training of our PCAs.
