• Alli Smith, LCPC (she/her), a compassionate and empathetic therapist with extensive experience in working with adults, young adults, and adolescents.
• Lydia Schlueter, LCPC (she/her), a skilled therapist with expertise in working with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Elizabeth Cucci, Psy. D. (she/her), a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in treating individuals, couples, and families, as well as conducting assessments and evaluations.
• Kinsey Donahue, LPC (she/her), a dedicated therapist with a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Michelle Landis, LCPC (she/her), our owner and president, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership, business development, and mental health.

• I've never talked to anyone. I'm used to handling things on my own. Aren't people who go to therapy weak? Not at all! Seeking help is a sign of strength and a willingness to take control of one's life.
• What's the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family? A mental health professional has the training and experience to approach your situation professionally, providing a safe and confidential space to explore your issues.
• Why shouldn't I just take medication? Medication can be effective, but alone, it may not solve all your issues. Our work is designed to explore and unpack your problems, expand on your strengths, and promote personal growth.

Rates & Insurance

Our rates vary based on the level of provider experience, amount of time you meet, and use of insurance. Our current rates are:

• $150-$225 for initial assessment
• $130-$200 for individual follow-up sessions
• $150-$225 for family sessions

We are in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and BlueChoice plans. Insurance rates vary depending on the therapist, insurance provider, and plan. To determine your benefits, we recommend asking your insurance provider the following questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I need to see specific network mental health providers?
