We are an authorized agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Alliant National Title Insurance Company, capable of handling varying types of residential and commercial closings. We represent builders, developers, financial institutions, and individuals in a wide variety of real estate matters. We also have extensive experience in representing commercial developers and developers of all types of single and multi-family (primarily condominium) residential developments.

Our team is led by M. Todd Burke, Esq., who has practiced law for over 15 years and has resided in Destin, Florida, since 2000. He was formerly associated with the law firm of Burke & Blue PA, managing its Destin Office. His practice focuses on all areas of commercial and residential real estate, as well as business law.

Elizabeth "Beth" Henry is our Real Estate Closer, bringing more than 10 years of closing service and management to our clients. She guides real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers through the closing process, utilizing her talents as a problem solver and the ability to think outside the box. Her strengths as a real estate closer shine from her commitment to client service, precise communication, and attention to detail.
