In the 19th century, Parisian hairdresser Francois Marcel revolutionized hair styling with the invention of the heated curling iron. The "Marcel Wave" was a hairstyle popularized in the 1920's. Our owner and master stylist, Rivajeta, founded Salon Marce in 2016 with the vision of creating the best possible experience for guests and stylists alike. As a graduate of Shear Ego, Rivajeta has trained under the area's premier instructors and creative directors. She has attended numerous coloring, cutting, and product instruction classes nationally and internationally to stay on the cutting edge of her craft. When not behind the chair, Rivajeta enjoys supporting charitable causes such as exploited children and animals.
