Skilled Nursing: Licensed nurses provide a variety of skilled care services, including comprehensive nursing assessments, coordination of care with physicians, development of care plans, and collaboration with other healthcare providers.

Infusion Therapy: Our infusion team manages all sorts of catheter and infusion-access catheters, providing comprehensive infusion services for antibiotics, cardiac medications, hydrations, chemotherapy, total parental nutrition, biologics, special infusion, and hydration.

Medical Social Work: Licensed clinical social workers (LCSW & MSW) participate in the development and implementation of the plan of care by assessing social factors that impede recovery and coordinating the use of community resources and special support groups.

Physical Therapy: Licensed physical therapists assess patients' functional levels in the home, evaluating strength, range of motion, endurance, coordination, balance, pain, posture, and mobility. They develop and carry out rehabilitation programs to maximize total function.

Occupational Therapy: Licensed occupational therapists assess patients' abilities to perform activities of daily living and fine motor functions, the need for adaptive equipment in the home, and patients' cognitive and perceptual functions. They develop specific programs to maximize patients' safety and independence.

Medical Social Work: We also provide medical social work services to ensure that patients receive the care they need, whether it's counseling patients or family members regarding loss of health and function or the need for psychiatric services.
