What is Pilates?

What is a Pilates Reformer?
The Pilates Reformer is a bed-like frame with a flat platform that rolls back and forth on wheels. It uses springs as adjustable resistance to provide a challenging and low-impact workout. The reformer is designed to help you maintain a safe and neutral spine position during your workout, and our expert instructors will help you set up and adjust the machine to ensure a comfortable and effective workout.
