For residential clients, we provide exterior painting, power washing, stain deck, metal rails, shutters, concrete porch, facial/soffit, gutters, and downspouts, metal/wood siding, and metal/wood fence. For interior painting, we offer custom walls, door, trim, wood staining, soft suede, gold leafing, drywall hanging and finishing, and artisan murals.
For commercial clients, we have worked with various establishments, including investors' properties, luxury condos, daycares, schools, real estate properties, apartment turnovers, high-end retail stores, and offices. Some of our notable projects include painting walls, ceilings, and hallways at G.A.P. in Georgetown, Thurgood Marshall Charter School, Kate Spade in Georgetown, and the Institute of International Education.

In & Out Painting Services stands by its work with a 3 Year Warranty & Guarantee on Labor & Material. Our staff will remove and replace your furniture, close holes, cover all items, and clean areas after completion. We only work with top-quality brands such as Benjamin Moore, PPG, McCormick, or Sherwin Williams, which tend to have a higher color quality and last longer with normal wear and tear. We also use Green seal products, which means (No V.O.C.) it provides less harm to the environment.
