Our Humble Beginnings

Our journey began with Corrine Rago, a registered nurse who recognized the need for comprehensive in-home care in Juneau. Starting with acute nursing services, Cornerstone expanded to provide a holistic range of care, including personal assistance, respite care, care coordination, and chore services.

Adapting to Changing Needs

Over the years, we've strategically adapted to the evolving needs of our clients. We embraced the Consumer Directed Personal Care Assistance (CDPCA) program, empowering individuals to choose their caregivers and receive compensation for their assistance. We also expanded our reach to various communities across Southeast Alaska, offering tailored services in Petersburg, Prince of Wales Island, Ketchikan, and Angoon.
