Pel-Ona Architects & Urbanists is a full-service architecture and urban planning firm founded in 2010 by Ronnie Pelusio and Korkut Onaran. We believe that our individual lifestyles and our global environment can benefit from compact, walkable, mixed-use, mixed-income, and transit-oriented communities. Our team brings together the strengths of its founders to provide architectural services, urban design, master planning, and crafting development codes.

With years of experience in urbanism and planning, our team has developed a unique blend of hand-drawn imagery, computer-aided design, knowledge of urban building types, and strong community connections. This enables us to communicate our vision of walkable, thriving, and timeless urban design in clear and concise guidelines and standards.

Our Expertise

Our broad understanding and background with various building types enable us to quickly develop community plans that combine climate-sensitive site planning solutions with diverse building types. Our team has years of experience in providing master planning, crafting development codes, revising zoning ordinances, guiding developers through the entitlement process, running public workshops, representation in public hearings, and preparation of marketing materials. We have been involved in many public engagement and design review processes, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.
