Our Team

Victoria H. King, President, founded the agency in 1992 and has more than 35 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and tourism industry. Prior to founding VKPR, she served as the director of public relations for the Bel-Air Hotel Company and The Biltmore, Los Angeles. Carol Ann Kelley-Elwell, Vice President, joined VKPR in 2010, bringing years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, marketing, and public relations. Erin McGuiness, Account Director, joined the team in 2020, and Julia Kent, Senior Account Executive, joined in 2023, both bringing diverse backgrounds in PR, marketing, and event planning.
