Jim worked alongside his father Michael Blair (of Blair Construction) learning the trade and the nuances of building in a coastal environment. Our services include consultation on lot choice, liaison with city and county, in-house 3D design or management of an architect, excavation, supervision of power, water, and sewer installations and connections, foundations and concrete stem walls, framing to finish, and lot finish work.

Our renovation services include additions, kitchen remodels and bathroom updates, hardwood and laminate floor installation, window installation, and liaison with city and county.
