Our Story
Advance Plumbing Heating and Air was originally founded by James Norman Warren in 1962. What started as a two-man operation doing repair and remodel work soon expanded into new construction in residential and light commercial work, employing over 15 workers and a full-time secretary by the early 1970s. The business continued to grow, and in 1992, air conditioning and heating services were added, becoming Advance Plumbing Heating & Air. Today, we continue to grow and serve the Charleston metro area as well as other parts of the Tri-County area, remaining family-owned and operated for three generations.
