Welcome to the International School of Permanent Makeup (ISPMU), a renowned esthetics school that has been educating esthetic professionals since 2013. Our school has been approved by the Bureau of Proprietary Supervision School (BPSS), Department of Education (DOE), ACCES-VR, American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM), and the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) for our curriculums. Our Story
Founded by Mihyon D. Cha, a certified instructor with a comprehensive background in esthetics, permanent makeup, microblading, laser, body tattoo artistry, infection control, and makeup application, ISPMU has evolved into a hub for esthetic professionals seeking to advance their skills and knowledge in the industry. With its certifications, ISPMU follows all the rules, regulations, and code of ethics with regard to the permanent makeup industry to ensure proper safety and skilled techniques are taught to its students.
