Our Team

UTZ + Associates Architects P.C. (UAA) was established in 2009 by current firm Principal Architect and Owner William (Bill) Utz. The firm is now staffed with licensed Architect Colton Davis and nationally registered Interior Designer Taylor Hecht.

William Utz, President and Owner, is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Architectural Studies and a Masters of Architecture with concentration in Structural Engineering. He is an architect licensed in the states of Illinois, Montana, and Kentucky. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Our team members have a wealth of experience in several project types, including recreational sports and child care facilities. We pride ourselves in using technologically superior processes that provide greater value and a clearer view for our clients. We utilize the industries latest and most advanced 3D digital modeling software, allowing us to provide near photo-realistic images and video of our clients proposed projects.
