Since 1992, we have been providing professional tax preparation services to corporations, small businesses, and individuals living in the United States and abroad. Our comprehensive accounting and tax services include representing before government tax authorities, preparing reports resulting from the FATCA law on the disclosure of information on foreign accounts, and consultations on individual tax planning, including retirement and inheritance, as well as international tax optimization for businesses.

Our team is led by Halina A. Wikar, E.A., who is the President and Firm Principal. She established the company in 1992 and holds a Certificate of Enrollment to Practice Before the Internal Revenue Service (Enrolled Agent) since 1994. She specializes in complex business and individual returns, including multi-entity, multi-state, and foreign-earned income issues. Artur Arciuch, MSc, CPA, E.A., serves as the Vice President of Operations. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination in November 2000. Sebastian Wal, E.A., is a Senior Accountant who joined the company in December 2002. He holds a Master of Law degree from Warsaw University and specializes in individual, small business, gift, trust, and estate tax returns. Sylvia Thomas, RTRP, is a Staff Accountant who completed her Associate and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting. Together, our team provides a wide range of services, including tax preparation, accounting, business licensing advice, payroll check printing, payroll reports, sales, use, and local tax returns, franchise tax returns, and entity formation.
