Positive Experience
However, many reviewers have reported having a positive experience at the complex. Authors like Linda Kennedy, John Bolton, Josh Lanham, Stephanie Helmer, and Lori Knoell praised the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the apartments, and the amenities.
Dirty Laundry and Pet Waste
Chad C. also reported a strong smell of rotten eggs/sulfur coming from the laundry area and claimed that pet owners were not held accountable for picking up after their pets. Natalie Long added that dog waste was not cleaned up and that dogs were allowed to pee in the elevator and hallways.
Refusal to Listen to Concerns
