We are pet-friendly and accept up to two pets per apartment home with a one-time non-refundable pet fee and pet rent. We have paved parking (off-street parking) and please call our leasing office for more information.

Apartment Amenities

Each apartment home comes with tiered amenities depending on the apartment size. Our tier 1 studio/1 bedroom apartments and tier 1 2+ bedroom apartments offer a range of amenities. Similarly, our tier 2 studio/1 bedroom apartments and tier 2 2+ bedroom apartments offer a different set of amenities.

Pet & Parking Policy

We are pet-friendly and accept up to two pets per apartment home with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and pet rent starting at $35 per pet a month. Breed restrictions do apply. For parking, we have paved parking (off-street parking). Please call our leasing office for more information.

If you're interested in making The Residences at Town Center your home, lease today! Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
