Panhandle Engineering, Inc. was formed to meet the local civil and environmental engineering needs of the Bay County and Northwest Florida area. We are headquartered in Lynn Haven, Florida. The principals and staff of Panhandle Engineering have extensive local and regional experience ranging from large commercial projects to residential developments and major public infrastructure improvements like roads, bridges, stormwater management, water, and wastewater. Our Mission is to provide services to our clients in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner while providing our staff with an environment to pursue their technical, personal, and family goals.

Leadership

Panhandle Engineering is staffed with licensed engineers, civil designers, CAD technicians, field inspectors, and administrative personnel to provide you with prompt, professional service. Meet our leadership team: Christopher B. Forehand, P.E., President; J. Doug Crook, P.E., LEED AP, Vice President; and Jim Slonina, P.E., Executive Director. Each member brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure the success of your project.
