Our passion for Italian food, combined with our commitment to exceptional service, has led us to establish two thriving locations in Destin and Santa Rosa Beach.

Our Story

Our journey began with Alfonso Di Bonito, an Italian native and local award-winning Pizza Chef, who started learning the art of cooking at the tender age of 14 in his native Napoli, Italy. Alfonso's profound passion for cooking and his pride in his work are deeply rooted in the Italian tradition, where food is the centerpiece of human interaction and a language of love.

Levente Tischler, an entrepreneur with a small-town spirit from Romania, started his career in the restaurant business at the age of 14. He had a vision and a dream of opening his own restaurant one day, and through his great business spirit, intuition, dedication, and unwavering passion, that vision has come alive.
