Issues with Customer Service and Property Condition
The reviews highlight several issues with the customer service and property condition of Ponderosa Realty. One reviewer, Cameron Blair, had a poor experience with the company after renting an airbnb property. He mentioned that the driveway was muddy and unmaintainable, and when he tried to park in the grass to avoid the muddy area, the landlord accused him of ruining the grass.
