As a highly accomplished individual, known for diverse achievements and commitment to community service, our agency founder, Michael Harper, has made a positive impact in the lives of our clients and the community at large.

Michael graduated from North Park University in Chicago, IL, in 1980, with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Prior to embarking on his insurance career, he had the privilege of being a part of the esteemed Portland professional basketball team. Michael is also actively involved in his alma mater, serving as a Member of the Board at North Park University. Furthermore, he is the proud founder of the Grassharper Foundation, a nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting children, families, and the community at large.
