Halia Home and Community Services is dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals and their families in the comfort of their own homes and communities. Founded in 2006, our mission is to build lasting relationships that ensure the health, safety, stability, and desired quality of life for our clients.

Our Services

At Halia Home and Community Services, we offer a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Home care services, including personal care, homemaking, and companionship
• Community-based services, including case management, respite care, and adult day care
• Skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and rehabilitation therapy
• Home health aide services, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

Our Commitment to Quality

We understand the importance of finding the right caregiver, which is why we rigorously screen and test all of our employees prior to employment. Our employees undergo face-to-face interviews, reference checks, state criminal background checks, OSHA precautions, tuberculosis and other health screenings, child abuse background clearance, and FBI background clearance. Additionally, all of our staff are required to remain current in their education and medical skills through continuing education and in-service training to provide the highest quality, multidisciplinary care.

Our Service Areas

We proudly serve Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our office is open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, and we have staff on call during off hours to assist with any concerns.
