At Kuchnir Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality dermatologic care to our patients in the Boston area. Our team of expert dermatologists, led by Dr. Louis Kuchnir, is committed to delivering exceptional medical and surgical treatment for all diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. With four convenient locations in Marlborough, Milford, Shrewsbury, and Framingham, we strive to provide prompt access to care, with routine appointments available within two weeks and same-day appointments at referring physicians' discretion.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide excellent dermatologic consultation for the benefit of our community. We work closely with primary care physicians, other specialists, and subspecialized dermatologists to ensure teamwork and continuity of care. Our clinicians are experts in diagnosis as well as medical and surgical treatment, and we often perform diagnostic testing in the office at the same visit. When necessary, we can conveniently arrange for prompt surgical treatment, including Mohs micrographic surgery. We also provide extensive patch testing in our Contact Dermatitis Clinic.

Our Academic Commitment

As an academically inspired private practice, we are committed to educating the next generation of dermatologists. Our dermatologists give several lectures each year to enhance the dermatology component of our training programs, and we have mentored hundreds of future physicians in our highly respected GapYear Program in Dermatology. Established by Dr. Kuchnir in 2011, this program has become a model for training programs across the country.
