The Connecticut Association of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education, and training of industry professionals for the protection of our environment and the health, safety, and comfort of society. Founded in 1890, we are part of PHCC National, the premier trade association for p-h-c professionals, representing over 3,000 contractor members who successfully manage businesses in residential service, new construction, commercial, and industrial markets.

Our legislative support is a major benefit of PHCC membership. We work directly with lawmakers to protect the plumbing and HVACR industry from unfair laws and overregulation, empowering our members with the tools and support needed to participate in effective local grassroots activism.
