Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service and expertise. Our senior partner, John W. Howard, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry, and is a valuable resource for our clients. Our team of professionals includes certified public accountants (CPAs), certified fraud examiners (CFEs), and other experts with the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your financial and business goals.

Kelly Rubin, our administrative assistant, joined our team in 2020. Born in Toronto, Ontario (Canada), Kelly graduated from Stafford Hall School of Business in June 1985 with a certificate of completion for a One-Year Intensive Executive Secretarial Program. After her sons left for college, Kelly relocated to Jacksonville, Florida to be closer to family. She joined Howard & Company in August 2020. Kelly enjoys spending time with her dog, Romeo and family, going on hikes, crocheting, and needlepoint.
