Tender Care Home Health Care LLC is a locally owned and operated home healthcare agency that has been providing high-quality care to residents in Shiawassee and Genesee County, as well as the surrounding areas, for over 20 years. Our team of certified and compassionate caregivers is dedicated to providing personalized care to our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence and remain safely in their homes.

We understand that every individual has unique needs and requirements, which is why we offer a range of services tailored to meet their specific needs. Our Personal Care services include essential bed rest, infection control, nutrition and meal preparation, assistance with wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, and canes, fall prevention, and elder abuse and neglect. Our Companion Homemaker services include roles, responsibilities, safety, and housekeeping. We also provide Transitional Care services to help our clients transition smoothly from hospital to home.
