Flynn Property Services has been serving the Groton, Massachusetts area since 1998, specializing in Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping, Planting and Mulching, Property and Sports Field Maintenance. With a commitment to providing quality services to commercial, residential, and municipal customers at a fair and competitive rate, we have built a strong reputation in the community.

Our mission statement is to provide exceptional landscaping and property maintenance services while taking an active role within the community. Our history began in July of 1998 when our owner, Michael W. Flynn, established the company after receiving a BS in Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Michael's career in the Green Industry started over a decade ago while working for Dogwood Hill Landscaping. Since then, he has worked with several landscape firms, greenhouses, and also operated as an independent contractor in the fields of landscaping, construction, and HVAC.

Over the past three years, Flynn Property Services has grown tremendously, expanding our workforce and customer base at a steady pace. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, including Jason Walton, who serves as the Head Foreman for Installations, and Paul Shammas, who is the Head Foreman for Maintenance. Jason has been with FPS for two years and oversees all crews involved in installation jobs, having worked in the landscape field for eight years. Paul started his Landscape career in 1991 with Dogwood Hill Landscaping and has served our country in the U.S. Army as a member of the Special Operations Command.

Services Offered

Flynn Property Services offers a wide range of services to meet all your landscaping and maintenance needs. These services include:

• Lawn Maintenance: FPS provides all aspects of lawn maintenance service including mowing, trimming, edging, dethatching, aeration, over-seeding, soil testing, fertilizing, liming, weed control, and pest control. Flynn Property Services is a licensed commercial herbicide/pesticide applicator.

• Landscape Construction: FPS provides construction services in the following areas: Walls (Stone, Landscape Timber, Railroad ties, blocks), Lawn Installation (Seed and Sod), Walkways (Brick, Brick pavers, Stone).

• Plantings and Mulching: With access to several plant material suppliers, FPS has access to an extensive variety of trees, shrubs, ornamentals, ground covers, topsoils, soil amendments, and mulches.

• Property Maintenance: In addition to lawn maintenance, Flynn Property Services provides pruning, weeding, spring and fall cleanups, brush removal, and many other property maintenance services.

• Sports Field Maintenance: Specializing in Baseball fields, FPS prepares and maintains sports fields for several surrounding towns. Services include edging, weed control, grading, clay installation, drag matting, raking, and lining.

• Snow Removal: FPS provides full snow removal services including plowing, shoveling, snowblowing, and sanding.
