R&S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, a leading Air Conditioning Contractor in South Texas, has been serving the region since 1965. Founded by Grandpa Joe Riojas from Nixon TX, the company started as a home building business and expanded into heating and air conditioning services. Today, we are a family-run business, with Jesse Riojas Jr. learning the trade and committed to keeping the business thriving.

Our Story

R&S stands for Riojas & Sons, a name that was a popular choice for a business back in the day. Grandpa Joe Riojas from Nixon TX picked it for his home building business. Then Jesus Riojas, also known as Jesse Riojas Jr., started R&S Heating & AC in 1965. Later, Alfredo Riojas, also known as Uncle Fred, joined forces with Jesse, and together they have been building strong relationships with clients and fixing A/C's. Now, Jesse Jr. is learning the trade and is committed to keeping the business thriving.
