Poor Management and Inhumane Conditions

The reviewer claims that they were moved into a "disgusting unit" infested with insects, roaches, and ants, despite assurances that the unit was clean. The pest control took weeks to arrive, and the room had hair and dust everywhere, with a broken chair that was later charged to the author upon moving out. The reviewer expresses frustration and disappointment with the management's lack of attention to their concerns.
Exceptionally Good Community
