Our Team

At Upright Engineering, we have a diverse and knowledgeable team of engineers who bring a wide range of experiences to the table. Our team works collaboratively with you throughout the project, ensuring that your needs are met and your project is completed to the highest standards.

Our team is led by Austin Payne, P.E., who has over 20 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. Austin's expertise spans across residential, commercial, and municipal projects, including grading, drainage, wastewater, utilities, structural, and wetlands. He has a hands-on approach to design and is involved in all of his projects from start to finish.
