Unprofessional and Uncomfortable Experience at the Clinic
Several reviewers have shared their negative experiences at the clinic, citing poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from some staff members. Pat Hernandez complained about her experience with Dr. Michael Solomon, stating that he made a creepy comment about her age, touched her chest, and punched her shoulder during a procedure. Marisol Soto was frustrated with the clinic's policy of only booking appointments in 2-week increments, which she found ridiculous. Brenda Ramon was left feeling frustrated and in tears after being put on hold for an hour and receiving poor service.
