Dr. Mintchell has over a decade of experience and is a leader in clinical eye care involving eye and vision disorders including pediatrics.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to run a "paperless" office. This means we utilize an electronic medical records software system to store medical charts and documents as well as process your welcome to the office documents. We file insurance claims electronically with out the need for printed materials. We recycle the small amount of paper used in our office.

Nataly Luna

Office Manager

As our office manager, Nataly is an integral part of our practice. She has a vital role in helping to assist you with any of your questions at Vision Art Eye Care, as she is an experienced Optician and in Medical Billing since 2013. Nataly is also strongly suited in the optical department helping with the fitting and selection of the perfect frame and lens options that better fit your daily life style. She has been helping children succeed in Vision Therapy as a Vision Therapy Assistant for many years. She is kind and patient with children and fully understands what it takes to see a child succeed in a vision therapy program.

Marysol Luna

Patient Coordinator

Marysol is the welcoming voice who will greet you when you call our office. She will be able to address any concerns about your upcoming appointments or insurance benefits. Marysol also assists Dr. Mintchell in preparing patients before they start their appointment.
